As a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, Valley Theater is guided by a Board of Directors elected by the membership. Except for the President-Elect and Past Presidents, half of the officers and directors are elected each year for a two year term, so Board membership is always a mixture of veteran and new individuals. Mid-term vacancies are filled by appointment.

Each of the team members fills a part time role to keep the Princess Theatre operating smoothly and contributing to Prosser and surrounding communities.
