Princess Spotlight Academy offers opportunities for children and teens to perform in stage plays; we welcome students who are seasoned performers or who are stepping onto the stage for the first time.

HADESTOWN TEEN EDITION

Session begins Wednesday, July 1, 2026 from 5:00 PM–9:00 PM

Grades 9–12 and Young Adults Ages 18 and 19.

Rehearsals: Mondays & Wednesdays from 5 PM–9 PM and Saturdays from 1 PM–5 PM

Performances: Friday, Aug 21 & Saturday, Aug 22 at 7:30 PM • Saturday, Aug 22 and Sunday, Aug 23 at 2:30 PM

About: Following two intertwining love stories – that of young dreamers Orpheus and Eurydice, and that of immortal King Hades and lady Persephone – Hadestown invites audiences on a hell-raising journey to the underworld and back. Inspired by traditions of classic American folk music and vintage New Orleans jazz, Mitchell’s beguiling sung-through musical pits industry against nature, doubt against faith, and fear against love.

Tuition is $200 per student and includes a keepsake script, show t-shirt, and two free tickets to a performance.
