Coordinators Needed

Alcohol Coordinator

 

The Princess Theatre is seeking an Alcohol Coordinator to be responsible for:

•  

• Ordering, purchasing & tracking alcohol inventory;

• Fostering and encouraging partnerships with local wineries, breweries, and other industry resources;

• Washing wine glasses;

• Purchasing additional bar supplies;

• Identifying and recruiting MAST-licensed volunteers to staff The Green Room during Princess events at the direction of the Events Directors, in cooperation with the Volunteer Coordinator;

• Training volunteers in policies, procedures, and best practices for Princess events, in cooperation with the Volunteer Coordinator;

• Ensuring all documentation, licensing, and company policies and procedures are up-to-date and in compliance with state and federal rules and regulations;

• Other duties as determined by the Events Director and Princess Board of Directors.

Must be MAST licensed, or willing to become MAST licensed.
